I would like to return this item. This dress was just delivered and it is too large and the color is not as it appears in the photo. Very disappointed, please provide instructions to return and refund.

TERRIBLE!!! DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They wouldnt refund me.... The package was delivered on 12/1, there was no receipt or tag or anything. It didnt fit right so I put it in the mail on 12/8 (one week later). Her refund policy states 7 days from delivery date (12/1) so 7 days marks Sunday 12/7 - mail doesnt even go out on Sundays and it was in the mail on Monday 12/8 and they wouldnt refund me. Getting Luulla involved. Awful. They have a ton of bad reviews anyway. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I have only received one response back for my questions. The seller said I could send it back for a refund and that was 2 weeks ago. I still have yet to hear back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!
