Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee to refund any items that you wish to return. Please ensure the items are in their original packaging and returned within 7 days of receiving. Items will be credited through your method of payment, although the original shipping costs for the item will be deducted from your refund. We are not liable for any items which may be lost in the post, as such for your peace of mind kindly keep proof of postage.
Should you wish to exchange an item due to changing your mind, we would be happy to oblige once you have returned the item in it's original condition.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours (before an item is shipped). The cancellation fee will be charged 20% of your purchase.
