The seller (Zizibejewelry) took my money and ghosted me. More than 3 months later, I still had not received my purchase. On their website, Zizibejewelry promises 2-3 weeks worldwide shipping, but states they do NOT offer emailed shipping confirmations or provide tracking numbers for any orders placed with them, so there is only trust between the buyer and seller that the purchased item will be shipped as promised. Over a 13 week period, this seller never responded to the many attempts made by me or the 4-5 attempts made by Luulla Customer Service to explain themselves, so Customer Service advised me to file a fraud complaint with PayPal for a refund, so that is what I had to do. I strongly advise others to avoid this fraudulent seller!

I never received the item. Purchased on October 12th. Attempted to contact seller on both Oct. 20th and 28th when I noticed the status had not updated from "processing"....and it had been two weeks. No response from seller. On Nov. 3rd I received an email that stated my order had shipped, however, when I logged in to get the tracking number for the order I read this: Nov 04, 2020Shipment Note:
Thanks for your order. It's been shipped and is on its way. Here is South Korea. so the shipping normally takes two ~three weeks to All of the world And plz give me more extra working days. Items are shipped via Korea Post Priority Mail (NO delivery confirmation and NO tracking number). -Standard shipping: Korea Pos Your support means a lot! Thanks again for shopping with us. :) Sincerely, zizibejewelry It's been 5 weeks since I received that information (with no courier and no tracking) and the item has still not arrived. Dispute has been filed. Do not trust this seller. Their items are cute, but paying for something you will never receive is likely what you'll get should you proceed with an order from this seller.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have not received my item and it has been 9 weeks since the order was placed. I have reached out to the seller multiple times with no responds back. I understand that shipping will take additional time since it is coming from so far away however 9 weeks is excessive, especially with no reply back. Very disappointed. Would not recommend .

To whom it may concern: It has been three weeks since our initial purchase from zizibejewelry and luulla and eight days since your e-mail. We have not received our purchase, nor have we heard from your supplier. We have contacted our credit company and suspended payment. Our feedback will NOT be positive.

So far i am very concerned about this purchase. I cant seem to get a confirmation on a delivery date.I get an email saying I made the purchase but no link to confirm delivery date.
