PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal; you can pay using an email address and your debit or credit card.

I ship in the UK using Royal Mail first class post.

Overseas items will ship via Air Mail and should arrive within 5 days of posting.

Special delivery requirements (i.e. urgent next day, recorded etc) - please contact me before placing your order as these options will be more expensive.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note that each country charges different customs fees etc for international shipments. Please be aware of such fees before committing to a purchase. Such fees and taxes are not included in my prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.

Custom orders will be shipped as soon as they have been made. Please note that this may involve me ordering materials from my suppliers. All timescales/deadlines will be discussed and agreed with you at the time of placing your custom order.

All items will be shipped in a pretty organza gift bag and bubble wrapped to prevent damage.

All my items are lovingly made by me and I want you to love them just as much as I do. If, however, you are disappointed with your item then I will happily take it back and refund the cost of the item via PayPal, provided it comes back to me in the same pristine state that it left me. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to me remains the responsibilty of the buyer in such circumstances.

If, however, you consider an item to be faulty on arrival then please convo me and we'll work out a solution - either a refund or a repair/replacment. In these circumstances I will be responsible for your shipping costs in getting the faulty goods back to me.

Occasionally, stuff in the post does go missing/get lost. If you think this has happened with your item please convo me and we'll try to sort out a solution.

I am happy to make jewellery/accessories to order if you have something special in mind. Maybe you love one of the items in my shop but would prefer it in a different colour for someone special, or using different beads/materials. Just convo me and we'll come up with something lovely between us.

Please note, as mentioned above, that custom orders will generally involve me ordering materials in from my suppliers specially for your item. As such, I will require cleared payment in advance (once we have agreed a price). Please also note that custom orders will also take longer for me to fulfil for the same reason so please allow a week or two if ordering for a special occasion. Once the item is ready though, it will be shipped within 24 hours.
