Hi, We did not send you any tracking number yet. So I don't really know which tracking number and what email you are talking about. You see your boots just got shipped yesterday so the tracking number is still not updated. It takes 48 to 72 hours for us to receive the tracking number. I have not talked with you in email. Are you talking about another shop? When your item is shipped and the tracking number is updated I will mark your invoice as shipped and send you the tracking number details.Not by email but here.Your invoice is still not updated to shipped because the tracking number is not released yet. So please review which email and from who did you get your tracking number.I cannot issue you a tracking number when I don't have it yet.

Hi, There is a contact seller button. You could have asked me so I will be notified much faster. Your bracelet was shipped November 25th today is December 10. You live in France. It takes 20 to 25 days for the package to reach you.Today is just the 15th day.This is the reason why you still did not receive the bracelet. You was also provided with a tracking number so you will know when the package already reach France.
