We had been contacted by Paypal regarding the payment for your purchase. The coat had been shipped and on the way to your country. Today we received a notice from Paypal that your payment had been deducted from our account and a charged back either by you or your card issuer had been issued. It is unfair that we sent the coat and your payment had been deducted. So please clarify if you personally opened a charged back or your card issuer did. Our Paypal account is affected every time a charge back is made. Kindly let us know if you made the complaint regarding your payment so we can inform Paypal.

friend's 15th birthday celebration, but now the girl has changed her
