kindly check your tracking result before making a review. The package is in your country under going customs clearance. During the month of February because of Chinese New Year and Spring festival there was no customs clearance and the shipping company does not process packages for 2 weeks. That's 14 days that your package got stuck in our customs. We are not the shipping company. We cannot speed up delivery. Due to the big holiday when your package was shipped it will always result to delivery delay.

We would like to inform you that we are not a shipping company. The speed of delivery of your package depends on the shipping company,the method of shipping you paid for, weather conditions and customs clearance specially once the package reach you country. Regarding your complaint that it is not the same dress, the dress you have bought is listed for more than 2 years in our shop. It has been sold more than 50 times. If a product is faulty we will remove it from our shop right away but since this dress is being sold for more than 2 years that means it is completely fine. You had been issued your refund and this case is settled. Thank You very much for your feedback. We greatly appreciate it.

We wanted to refund you since March for this order. But You don't want to accept and you said that you will just wait when the new stocks arrive. We have your emails and our conversation with you as proof. We told you we are not sure when this same color will be back in stock. We offered you other colors of the same dress and same materials with different sleeves but you refused and said you will wait. There are other people who bought this same dress and only you gave a negative feedback. Why? Because they are satisfied. We are giving your refund and we made that your first choice but you refuse. Because you want to wait. We are not ebay seller so here we don't tolerate your kind of attitude. Thank you and your refund was sent to you today. God Bless.

Next time before buying online you have to read the description and how long it will take. If you pay for flat rate shipping by post it will be shipped by flat rate shipping. That means it takes weeks to arrive. We have sent you your shoes and it had been delivered. If you expect something to be delivered within few days then don't pay for flat rate shipping. The feed back you had given us unfair considering you actually receive your item much faster than what it normally took for packages shipped by post to be delivered.

It is very clear in the picture that the shoes is not made of 100% leather or 100% suede. Because of the artistic design of the shoes, the leather and suede are mixed to make the shoes which you see in the photo. The buyer who posted this feedback had been issued a full refund plus she is keeping the shoes. This shoes is our best seller and is getting sold daily. One feed back out of a hundred sales and satisfied customers will not ruin the reputation of this shoes. And for those who have purchased and receive this shoes, you all know how cute and comfortable this is. If the shoes is poorly made surely we will be receiving at least 100 negative feed backs just for this shoes alone. We cannot please every body but daily our team are doing their best.

I do not usually reply to feedbacks but when the feed back is not fair I just have to. Before you bought the dress, there was a notice in our shop regarding the Chinese New Year holiday which will create delays in both the tracking and the delivery. It was clearly stated that if you are going to purchase during those weeks you are accepting that there will be delays. After Chinese New Year the processing of the packages in the customs was very slow. So we sent you a first email saying that your package had been shipped and the tracking number will follow. Then we sent you a second one with your tracking number including how and where to track it.If I am buying something for a special occasion I will choose express shipping not pay 6 USD for shipment.

We do not deserve the feedback you left us. February, Chinese New Year was celebrated. It was a long holiday. There was no shipping done out of the country and thousands of packages got affected. We cannot control this, every package must under go customs clearance. You send me a message yesterday asking me about your package. I replied you but in the same minute because we do live in a different continent and a different time zone. I replied you in a proper way. But you said in your feed back that I was not nice. I even track the package for you and told you that it is undergoing customs clearance in your country. What I don't like the most is when we receive feedback like your's. The rest of my time are working really hard.We do not deserve what you said. God Bless you.

You have left us a very unfair feed back. First of all you think the belt is included with the dress when it is stated in the item listing that the dress does not come with the belt. Also you are complaining that the item do not look at all like the photos when the dresses you have has been sold more than 200 times and you are the first person who complain just because you are bigger and bought a Smaller size doesn't mean we are at fault. There are detailed measurements in every item. The dresses you have are our best sellers! You complained in Paypal about this but look what happened.Paypal took our side not yours because your claims are not true. One more lie you made are the price of return shipping. No post office will charge you 40 USD to ship back 2 summer dresses.

You said you shipped back the coat, until now for almost 1 year we did not receive anything. No coat, no tracking result. So where is the coat??? You your self choose the wrong size. I did not choose the size for you. The buyer is responsible for shipping back an item which they personally chosen and did not fit. In your case you said you shipped it back. We receive nothing for almost a year. NO COAT. Thank you very much for your very fair feedback. If we receive the coat you would have been refunded within 24 hours!

First of all it is an honor for me to have been taught a much needed lesson from a buyer like you. I work so hard to provide the best customer service. When you bought the dress I sent you a message to confirm that the size you purchased is correct and to confirm that the shipping information is complete. This is the first step. You are notified by mail that I was asking for confirmation. You replied me after so many many days. You not checking your mails and not checking your order after more than a week is not my fault. Since you was complaining and blaming me I my self upgraded your shipping method to EMS for FREE. So you will receive it in less than 10 days.If you made a mistake in the size or your address is in complete and I did not confirm first just ship, what then?
