Its been over a month and I havent gotten my order and no feedback

how does it take more than a week to process an order and have it shipped to customer?? would have been nice to know as now I most likely will have to buy back up shoes as I bought them to wear for a wedding.

Terrible shipping experience. First, dress is delayed as she confirms the size you want. Then she said she shipped it (almost a week after I ordered it) to find out it wasn't shipped until 5 days after that. I won't use Luulla again.

This dress came with a run on it and it was very poor quality. Also the measurements were off, so it was too large.
